KPLP is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario and has approximately 2,300 employees across North America.

KPT was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on October 1, 2012. KPT’s registered and head office is located at Suite 200, 1900 Minnesota Court, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N 5R5.
Immediately following the closing of its initial public offering in December 2012, KPT used the gross proceeds from the offering to purchase a 16.8% minority limited partnership interest in KPLP.
Kruger Inc. is a private company founded in 1904. Kruger is a diversified industrial holding company, which directly and through various subsidiaries has operating facilities in Canada (Québec, Ontario, British Columbia and Newfoundland and Labrador) and the United States. Kruger indirectly owns the remaining 83.2% limited partnership interest in KPLP.
Kruger had annual consolidated revenues in excess of $2.0 billion for the year ended December 31, 2011. KPLP accounted for approximately 43.5% of Kruger’s overall revenue, while other operations in newsprint, forest/wood products, paperboard, energy and others accounted for approximately 56.5% of its overall revenue during such period. Kruger and its subsidiaries employ approximately 5,000 people.
KPLP is a limited partnership governed by the laws of Québec pursuant to an amended and restated limited partnership agreement dated as of September 6, 2012 between KPGP, as general partner, and Kruger Products 2010 and KPT, as limited partners.
KPLP is Canada’s leading tissue products supplier by overall dollar and volume market share. KPLP produces, distributes, markets and sells a wide range of disposable tissue products, including, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, paper towels and napkins, for both the consumer and the away-from-home markets. KPLP is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario and has approximately 2,300 employees across North America. The operation of KPLP’s business is carried on by KPLP directly or through certain of KPLP’s subsidiaries.
